De koffie die u bij 1711 drinkt, stellen we zelf samen. We werken met bonen uit Brazilië en Tanzania, die we zelf branden en combineren tot onze huisblend. Zo hebben we het hele proces in eigen hand.
Valkenburg is known for its rich history and famous caves and quarries. The Valkenburg Caves are a much-visited attraction and not without reason. They offer various activities that show you the impressive system of corridors and teach you a lot about the caves in an informative, but also humorous way.
The caves are millions of years old and contain fascinating stories. Listen to compelling stories about the infamous Bokkenrijders, the legendary inhabitants of Valkenburg Castle, and the use of the caves during wartime. But we don't want to give too much away, the most fun is to experience it for yourself.

ZELF BRANDEN MAAKT HET VERSCHIL
Koffiebonen krijgen tijdens het branden hun kenmerkende geur, kleur en smaak. De temperatuur, brandtijd en manier van branden hebben allemaal invloed op het uiteindelijke resultaat.
Bij 1711 doen we dit zelf. Na het branden combineren we onze bonen tot de huisblend die u onder andere bij het ontbijt en in Coffeecorner 1711 kunt drinken. Daarna verpakken we de koffie zelf voor gebruik én verkoop.
