1. Reservations:

1.1. Reservations are confirmed based on availability and are subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of booking.

1.2. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations as necessary, with notice to the guest.

 

2. Payment:

2.1. Payment is due upon arrival unless otherwise agreed.

2.2. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to your stay to verify card validity and cover any incidental charges.

2.3. All prices are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Cancellation and Changes:

3.1. Cancellations must be communicated in writing to the hotel and are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy.

3.2. Cancellations within the specified cancellation period may be subject to cancellation fees.

3.3. Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

4. Check-in and Check-out:

4.1. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges.

4.2. A valid ID must be presented at check-in, and a security deposit or credit card authorization will be required for incidental charges.

4.3. The hotel reserves the right to refuse guests without refund if they are unable to present a valid ID.

 

5. Accommodation Terms:

5.1. Guests must respect the peace and privacy of other guests and adhere to the hotel's house rules.

5.2. Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms. Violators may be subject to a fine.

5.3. Pets are not allowed.

 

6. Liability:

6.1. The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings unless stored in a hotel safe.

6.2. Guests are liable for damage to hotel property caused by intentional or negligent behavior.

6.3. The hotel is not liable for consequential damages or loss of income due to disruptions or inconveniences during the stay.

 

7. Force Majeure:

7.1. The hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, or government actions.

 

8. Applicable Law:

8.1. These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

8.2. All disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Valkenburg, Netherlands.
